Teaching and education
I have significant teaching experience in the use of both formal and informal teaching methods for both Undergraduate, Post Graduate and Multi-disciplinary Team.
I have been Honorary Clinical Tutor for the University of Sheffield and Newcastle University. I also served as a Royal College Tutor and PPD Tutor for Durham University since 1978.
I have developed a Multi-disciplinary Teaching Programme, Teaching Programme for A&E Department, Orthopaedic Department, Grand Round Teaching, Chaired in-house Teaching Programme and Weekly Seminars on diagnosis, assessment and treatment of psychiatric cases, evidence based medicine, psychological therapies. I also conduct OSCE exams, Clinical Audits, and give lectures at National and International Conferences.
